I was raised in non denominational churches, but it was really like being in pentocostal churches. I told my mom on the way home from church one day I thought that everyone was god when I was 14. I know many people question the ego. In my opinion, the ego is neither bad nor good; it simply is. I believe the ego represents the habits of the mind. Some people have developed bad habits, while others have developed good ones. All habits are built based on the environment they had to overcome. So, in a sense, the ego is the caretaker of the body, adapting to life’s challenges. However, people often choose comfort over challenging their own beliefs, while others simply have no idea what they are feeling. For example, if someone has been yelled at their entire life, that's the only thing they would believe is normal. So, when they receive love and attention, they don't recognize it. Even though that new emotion is good, they refuse it because it's different from their norm. It’s interesting how that works.

Truth, however as humans particularly working on stopping desires leads to the problem we desire to stop desiring.

your sickness/illness is from you but you do not perceive it and your remedy/wellness is within you but you do not sense it. You presume you are a small entity, but within you is enfolded the entire universe. You are indeed the evident book, by who's alphabet the hidden becomes manifest. Therefore you have no need to look beyond yourself, what you seek is within you, if only you reflect.

Isnt the ego a natural part of the human psyche , how is one supposed to survive and commit to his purpose in modern society without an ego I kn that the ego can decive you from the complete truth of what you are observing , but its still nessesary .
